Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have over five years of expertise in managing tender processes, particularly within drone technology and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research tender opportunities related to drone technology and services.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive tender proposals ensuring adherence to technical and financial criteria.
• Collaborate with various teams to collect all necessary data for tender documents.
• Maintain an organized record of tenders, bid submissions, and progress tracking.
• Monitor tender deadlines, results, and provide strategic analysis and feedback.
• Ensure all tender documents align with legal and corporate standards.
• Coordinate with government agencies and private clients as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Over five years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contract management roles.
• Practical working knowledge of e-tendering portals and online submission platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with drone technology or experience in startup environments is advantageous.
