Job Overview
Join Digitide Solutions Limited as a Telesales Representative handling both inbound and outbound calls within their Cross Sales Voice Process, located at Reliable Tech Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This role requires engaging customers to address queries and identify opportunities to promote additional products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound telephonic communication efficiently to resolve client questions and concerns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service aimed at maximizing satisfaction levels.
- Recognize and leverage opportunities to cross-sell or upsell company offerings during calls.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 0 to 5 years of prior experience in BPO or call center settings.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively handle voice-based processes.
- Competent with telesales techniques, inbound and outbound call handling, and customer support functions.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (12th pass).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Salary ranges from a maximum of 18,000 INR monthly for freshers up to 25,000 INR monthly for individuals with experience.
Selection Process
The recruitment procedure includes two interview stages: an HR round followed by an Operations round.
