Job Overview
The position is for a Telemarketing Executive based in Chennai. Candidates can be fresh graduates or undergraduates with up to one year of experience. Compensation Details
Salary is performance-based with a CTC of 23,290 INR plus incentives. Fresher candidates start at 18,631 INR CTC (approximately 14,500 INR net) in the initial three months, increasing to 23,290 INR CTC (approx. 18,800 INR net) from the fourth month onward. A retention bonus of approximately 13,000 INR is provided in the fifth month. Experienced candidates receive a CTC of 23,290 INR (net pay 18,800 INR), contingent on document verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify and generate potential leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
