Position Overview
We seek a Telecalling Collection Executive responsible for reaching out to customers to recover outstanding payments. The role demands excellent verbal communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and strong persuasion abilities to professionally handle customer interactions.
Key Duties
- Make proactive outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
- Politely and professionally remind customers about pending dues and follow up as necessary.
- Clarify payment terms and address common queries from customers.
- Keep detailed logs of calls, discussions, and current payment statuses.
- Update the collections database regularly and provide daily progress reports to supervisors.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Refer complex or unresolved cases to senior management or legal authorities when needed.
