About the Role

This position involves delivering proactive customer support in a professional and courteous way to designated clients. The role requires providing first level assistance to customers, interpreting their data, managing escalated queries, and ensuring their resolution. Collaborating with different departments to address issues and continuously updating knowledge about internal processes, regulations, and products is essential. Accurate client guidance must be maintained at all times.
