Job Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based onsite in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students and their parents to discuss study abroad opportunities.
• Present information about university programs and consultancy services clearly to prospective clients.
• Understand and assess the specific needs of students to provide appropriate guidance.
• Generate and evaluate qualified student leads for the counseling team.
• Arrange and manage appointments and follow-up meetings for counseling sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with students using CRM systems or Excel.
• Follow up with students about application submissions and document requirements.
• Respond to basic queries from students related to admissions and international education processes.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with students and their parents.
• Coordinate effectively with counselors and admissions personnel to ensure a seamless experience for students.

Required Skills

• Strong communication abilities in Telugu.
• Capability to convey information clearly and confidently.
• Effective listening and persuasive skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of computers and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• A positive attitude coupled with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers: Candidates must hold any Bachelor's degree and demonstrate strong communication skills with a keen interest in developing a career within the education sector.
• Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, student counseling, sales, educational consultancy, or related industries will be advantageous.
