About Endura Mining

Join Endura Mining at its foundational phase and actively contribute to building a modern and values-centered mining company. With mining operations underway in New Zealand and an expanding corporate presence in Sydney, the company is gearing up for rapid growth. Production is targeted within the upcoming 12 months, with plans to grow into a multi-asset enterprise managing between three to five gold and copper projects. Key Responsibilities

Operate tele-remote Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) loaders and other underground remote equipment.
Perform thorough pre-start inspections and equipment checks to ensure safety and functionality.
Use remote operating systems to monitor ongoing equipment performance.
Optimize production output while strictly adhering to safe operating standards.
Detect, report, and communicate equipment faults and potential operational hazards promptly.
Maintain clear and effective communication with underground teams, maintenance staff, and supervisors.
Adhere to established mine plans, procedures, and production timelines.

General Workplace Duties

Keep accurate and up-to-date production and equipment records.
Champion Endura Mining’s safety culture and environmental policies at all times.
Complete required documentation and records as per site procedures and policies.
Maintain positive and professional radio communication under all circumstances.
Take on additional duties assigned by supervisors and management as needed.
Participate actively in safety and environmental checks and inspections.
Consistently exhibit behaviors aligned with Endura’s core values of Safety, Integrity, and Accountability.
Support mine operations by setting a positive example and upholding site standards and professionalism.
Maintain a proactive and can-do attitude throughout all tasks.

Candidate Profile

Experience working underground in mining environments.
Proficiency operating LHDs, boggers, or equivalent underground production machinery.
Preferably skilled with tele-remote or other remote-controlled mining systems.
Possess a valid Manual Driver Licence.
Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to acquire one.
Strong dedication to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster covering days and nights.
