Role Overview

The Technology Operations Analyst position serves as an entry-level role into Sekuro's engineering-driven internal technology operations. The analyst collaborates with the Technology Operations Lead to maintain and optimize the company's technology systems, gaining progressive exposure to automation, integration, and AI-supported tools. This role is tailored for recent graduates interested in understanding, securing, and automating modern technology environments, offering opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and meaningful contribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of technology operations, including troubleshooting and resolving endpoint, identity, and SaaS platform issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
• Monitor system health, update documentation and knowledge bases, oversee hardware setup processes such as imaging and provisioning, and manage onboarding for new employees.
• Develop automation workflows through platforms like Power Automate, and gain familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, low-code tools, and PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate to identify repeat issues and manual tasks, aid integration between core systems, and maintain detailed automation and integration documentation.
• Evaluate AI-powered tools and contribute ideas for expanding automation capabilities.
• Support core platform administration tasks including Microsoft 365 and Intune management, facilitating user onboarding, offboarding, and license tracking.
• Gain experience with identity management, endpoint control, and security hardening on platforms such as Intune, CrowdStrike, and Netskope, and assist with security hygiene activities like access reviews, device compliance, and patch management.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally with colleagues, fostering effective cross-team relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, or related fields through internships, work placements, or personal projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for cloud technology, automation, and artificial intelligence via academic work, self-learning, or personal initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and software-as-a-service applications.
• Some familiarity with scripting or programming concepts and a willingness to improve PowerShell skills.
• Curious, proactive individual with strong writing and verbal communication capabilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously in evolving environments and eager to grow within a modern, AI-enhanced technology setting.
