Job description
Role Overview
JLL is seeking a qualified Technical Executive to oversee the daily technical functions of a premium property located in Worli. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all building services, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed, coordinating with service vendors, and enforcing safety compliance to uphold superior facility management standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily technical operations of the property, encompassing various infrastructure systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Diesel Generator (DG), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Fire Fighting installations.
- Develop and implement preventive as well as reactive maintenance plans to avoid system downtimes.
- Manage vendor relationships and supervise Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities to ensure service quality.
- Perform routine inspections of all technical equipment and utilities to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records, audit checklists, and ensure availability of all statutory compliance documentation.
- Adhere to defined safety standards and meet client-specific operational requirements consistently.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption levels, providing recommendations for efficiency and cost reduction measures.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to support daily engineering and technical operations effectively.
- Respond swiftly and efficiently to any emergencies or technical failures to minimize disruption.
