Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with expertise in system integration to join our Berlin office. This position requires bridging business objectives and technology to ensure effective integration of multiple internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business demands into detailed technical specifications for integration initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to determine integration requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
• Develop and document integration workflows, data flows, and interfaces connecting diverse systems.
• Perform gap analysis to identify system deficiencies and propose improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including process diagrams and data models.
• Collaborate with development teams to verify precise execution of integration solutions.
• Execute system testing to validate successful integration outcomes.
• Monitor integration systems, promptly resolving issues as they arise.
• Keep current with new technologies and trends in system integration.
• Serve as a communication conduit between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout integration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, including 2 to 3 years focused on system integration efforts.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and integration methodologies.
• Skilled in requirements elicitation, documentation, and data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software systems such as ERP and CRM, and their integration.
• Good knowledge of database principles and SQL querying.
• Experience with API integrations and cloud-based integration platforms.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledgeable in software development lifecycle and enterprise architecture.
• Fluent in English and German languages.
