Role Overview

As a Team Member, you will proudly prepare and serve fresh and healthy Mexican food while upholding the brand’s high standards of customer service, recipe accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety. Your contribution will directly enhance the customer experience and support smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warmly friendly and exceptional customer service consistently.
• Accurately follow recipes to prepare menu items during meal periods.
• Adjust food preparation based on anticipated and actual customer volume.
• Comply with food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support daily and weekly cleaning of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and overall restaurant environment.
• Perform any additional tasks that contribute to efficient restaurant function and customer satisfaction.
