Role Overview

You will oversee the leadership, administrative management, and coordination of the Workforce Australia Services team operating at multiple locations including Marrickville, Maroubra, and Hurstville. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the team towards achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach employees, providing customized support to ensure objectives are met.
• Create and assess tailored job plans to assist participants in moving closer to employment opportunities.
• Track and evaluate participant engagement, involvement, and progress via the Employment Services System and internal company databases.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop strategic direction and business plans.
• Efficiently manage assets and resources to meet both operational and financial objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing operational teams effectively.
• At least two years of experience in Employment Services or a comparable industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated business insight and financial understanding.
• Effective time management and organizational capabilities.

Mandatory compliance includes a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check prior to starting employment. Candidates must also establish a myGovID to gain access to relevant government data required for the role.
