Role Overview
This position is responsible for driving product or service sales while representing the company’s brand. The role also focuses on managing customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact from lead generation through to final purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand distribution and increase market share in the assigned rural territory.
- Create visibility and ownership around the sale of financial products.
- Identify, hire, and build a field sales team to support business growth in the market.
- Coach and guide team members, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new ideas.
- Plan the market size, coverage, and geography for the field sales executives.
- Communicate plans and targets clearly so the difference between expected and actual delivery is kept to a minimum.
- Track quality metrics as directed by management.
- Check and audit acquisitions and sales completed by the team.
- Make sure team members are consistently active in the market where sales and product usage happen.
- Use strong networking skills and be prepared to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Sell cross-sell products to existing and new merchants, including Merchant Loan, Personal Loan, GOLD SIP, and merchant upgrades.
- Maintain a solid understanding of lending products.
- Train and develop the manpower assigned to the role.

Compensation
The offered compensation ranges from INR 2,00,000 to INR 5,50,000 per year.
