Team Associate - Full Time

About the Role

We craft unfinished wood products for a nationwide customer base and are seeking individuals with positive attitudes who enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn, improve daily, and collaborate with passionate teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality through thorough inspections.
• Manage and organize materials including unloading, storage, and maintaining cleanliness in storage areas.
• Operate CNC routers and laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.
• Package products for shipping and handle other assigned tasks as needed.
• Meet physical demands including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Hold and maintain a valid driver's license for certain duties.

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Work Conditions and Schedule

• Full-time and part-time options available.
• Standard shifts are 8 hours long, primarily during the day from Monday to Friday with weekends as needed.
• Flexible scheduling is offered.
• Work is conducted onsite in Greensburg, PA.
