About the Role

Join a fast-moving recruitment consultancy in Sydney CBD as a Team Administrator supporting the Operations team. This full-time position involves managing daily office functions and providing vital assistance to the recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a welcoming and accessible first point of contact for office visitors and promptly assist recruitment consultants.
  • Oversee office supplies, manage calendars, and maintain the office's overall appearance.
  • Coordinate new staff onboarding and manage exit procedures for outgoing employees.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets accurately.
  • Handle candidate contracts and ensure compliance processes are followed.
  • Provide support with various administrative tasks to help the team operate smoothly.
