Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team, working onsite in Dublin. This full-cycle recruitment professional will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR department to oversee the entire hiring process. The focus will be on attracting and securing top talent across diverse business areas while enhancing employer branding efforts and ensuring candidates have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of recruitment from initial job discussions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines proactively for current hiring needs and future roles by leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct candidate approaches.
• Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, providing insights on labor market trends, talent sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
• Guarantee a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every recruitment stage.
• Contribute to initiatives that promote employer branding, including support for graduate programs and participation in recruitment events and job fairs to raise company awareness.
• Keep candidate information current within the Applicant Tracking System and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and cost-per-hire to improve hiring efficiencies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related area.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment agency roles with proven success in candidate placements.
• Highly experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and proactive sourcing methods.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of building strong relationships at all organizational tiers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple recruitment priorities efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and goal-focused approach and keen attention to detail.
