As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring well-organized and professional hiring activities. Collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, you will bring structure and reliability to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple recruitment processes independently to identify gaps early and maintain a positive candidate journey.
- Oversee interview scheduling across all stakeholders, managing calendars, materials, confirmations, and follow-ups comprehensively.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout interview stages, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Workday) on candidate status and interview outcomes.
- Support job posting dissemination, coordinate offer documentation, and assist with pre-onboarding tasks as required.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to internal processes, governance, and required documentation standards.
- Work collaboratively with recruiters to enhance recruitment coordination workflows and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Approximately 4 or more years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR operations.
- Preferred prior experience supporting in-house Talent Acquisition teams within corporate or regulated environments.
- Proven capability to independently manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder expectations with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in maintaining data integrity across recruitment platforms.
- Practical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Clear, confident communication style paired with a service-oriented approach in engaging both candidates and stakeholders.
- Structured and proactive mindset, comfortable in challenging or seeking clarification when inconsistencies arise.
