About The Wellness Pet Company
The Wellness Pet Company is dedicated to supporting pet parents in nurturing the wellbeing of their pets. We create premium pet nutrition products, including food, dental chews, treats, and toppers, combining high-quality natural ingredients with cutting-edge scientific advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer purchase orders for all ANZ retail, eCommerce, and wholesale channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage delivery arrangements, adhere to minimum shelf life requirements, and maintain Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) compliance.
- Address customer inquiries, solve supply and delivery challenges, and keep detailed records.
- Handle claims investigations, returns, and reverse logistics processes.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, cartage operators, and customs brokers to streamline inbound container logistics.
- Monitor inbound shipment status and provide regular ETA updates.
- Oversee container deliveries and receiving at third-party logistics (3PL) facilities, including creating pre-advice and recording inbound shipments in the ERP system.
- Maintain and update inbound scheduling trackers and communicate any delays or issues to stakeholders.
- Support warehouse inventory control through stock reconciliations, ensuring FIFO compliance, and performing stock adjustments when needed.
- Manage CHEP pallet administration and assist with inventory reporting and data management to aid operational decisions.
- Coordinate transportation of finished goods from Australian co-packers to the 3PL, supporting production scheduling and delivery documentation.
- Contribute to operational report preparation, such as inbound schedules and inventory health trackers.
- Engage in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and participate in supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Assist the Supply Chain Planner with planning inputs and maintaining relevant data.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates a customer-first approach with commitment to accurate and high-quality work from the outset.
- Consistently delivers their best performance, embraces challenges, and takes full ownership of outcomes.
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or order fulfillment functions.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail, quickly identifying discrepancies or issues.
- Experienced in using ERP systems for order and inventory management; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Works autonomously with effective time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
- Prior FMCG exposure is an advantage; however, a passion to learn and initiative are more crucial.
- Willing to participate in early morning or evening calls to coordinate with US and Singapore teams occasionally.
