Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

HealthActiv is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the complete flow of goods, focusing on maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring reliability in the supply chain process in support of the company's operational goals.

Key Duties

• Carry out procurement activities by purchasing from designated suppliers and guaranteeing prompt delivery.
• Track and manage inventory levels, analyse demand forecasts, and implement effective stock control methods to maintain optimal availability.
• Organize shipments and manage logistics to facilitate smooth transportation of goods.
• Oversee expenses related to supply chain activities including procurement and transportation to keep costs in check.
• Examine supply chain metrics and produce reports to aid strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as import/export laws and specific industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to align supply chain operations with the broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management; experience in the medical or pharmaceutical sector is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit high ethical standards and promote team cooperation.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
