Subject Matter Expert - English

Role Overview

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in English with at least two years of domain-specific experience and a postgraduate degree in English or an MBA. The ideal candidate will specialize in content creation and multiple-choice question (MCQ) processing while demonstrating excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Hindi.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for SMEs and develop test designs.
• Manage SME queries and oversee the acceptance of test items.
• Maintain training materials for SME development and react to post-exam reporting.
• Develop dashboards to track project-specific item management activities.
• Support the Lead Subject Administrator in project delivery and organizational needs.
• Facilitate coordination with various internal teams including SME management, payment processing, content managers, and operations staff.
• Ensure timely resolution of SME queries and organization of training sessions.
• Lead the candidate briefing team, steering target-oriented actions and managing reporting and overall work flow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in content development and processing MCQs.
• Strong communication abilities in both English and Hindi.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in the domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing SMEs and familiarity with large-scale assessments.

This role is full-time and based onsite in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Candidates should be prepared for collaborative coordination with multiple stakeholders and managing time-sensitive deliverables within the organization's framework.
