About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Stores Person to join our team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia, on a permanent full-time basis. This position plays an essential role in managing materials, equipment, and facilities to support operations and projects effectively. Candidates should note that this role requires successful security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely pick, pack, and prepare orders for customers and internal transfers, ensuring on-time and safe deliveries.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities, quality standards, purchase order compliance, correct labeling, and storage placement.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, supplier pickups, and offer general logistical support both internally and externally.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and storage locations; assist with stock audits, reconciliations, and resolve inventory issues.
• Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, cranes, pallet trucks, and authorized company vehicles while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with mobilization, demobilization, and specialized logistics activities in partnership with Supply Chain leadership.
• Upkeep warehouse, yard, and operation area cleanliness, security, and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Experience handling warehouse or inventory management software for receiving and dispatching stock.
• Possession of a current valid Australian Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to comply with established procedures, safety standards, and regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills to operate independently.
• Experience with dangerous goods packaging is advantageous.
• Knowledge of domestic and international export processes is desirable.
