Key responsibilities

- Track inventory levels and raise reordering needs early to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Perform stock counts regularly and whenever required.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and orderly at all times.
- Flag any damaged, expired, or no longer usable items and report them promptly.
- Help prepare purchase requests based on stock usage and departmental requirements.
- Collect quotations from approved vendors in line with procurement rules.
- Follow up on purchase orders so goods arrive on time.
- Maintain complete procurement files, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Keep supplier contact details and vendor lists up to date.
- Support audit checks, both internal and external, by providing the necessary records and documents.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in stores operations.
- Solid knowledge of inventory control and procurement workflows.
- Strong ability to stay organized and maintain accurate records.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in daily work.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
