Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers providing outstanding customer service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages according to customer specifications safely, quickly, and cheerfully.
• Coach and mentor staff to effectively prioritize tasks and excel in their roles.
• Manage store inventory by ensuring products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and always accessible.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Capability to multitask and perform physical activities including frequent bending, standing, reaching, lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted, and assisting with lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old; however, Virginia state law requires Supervisors performing certain tasks to be 21 or older.

Additional Information

Employees receive an extra $1.50 per hour when working between 10 PM and 6 AM.
