Role Overview

This role is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing everyday store activities, leading a team for operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet satisfaction targets. Key duties involve arranging store layouts, overseeing inventory, coaching team members, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Additionally, the supervisor will review sales data, promote effective team communication, and enforce adherence to company policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer engagement
• Proficient in delivering outstanding customer service and upholding high customer satisfaction
• Ability to interpret sales metrics and apply strategic improvements
• Problem-solving aptitude and flexibility in a dynamic retail setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in retail management, business administration, or related disciplines
• Previous experience in comparable roles within retail or property sectors is advantageous
