Store Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, customer-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily retail store activities for a prominent denim lifestyle brand located at Inorbit Mall, Visakhapatnam. This role demands strong operational oversight combined with leadership in driving sales and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily store operations ensuring smooth workflow.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Lead, inspire, coach, and develop the store team to maintain high performance.
• Track store key performance indicators and devise action plans to address gaps and improve results.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory processes, including stock audits and controlling shrinkage.
• Ensure accuracy in POS billing, proper cash management, and daily financial reconciliations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve customer issues.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Liaise effectively with warehouse, merchandising, HR, and other support departments.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a Store Manager or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
• Proficient understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales planning.
• Experience working with POS technology and retail reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
