Store Incharge

About the Role

This position involves overseeing all aspects of daily store operations at Ueir Organic Foods, a retail grocery chain. The Store Incharge will be responsible for leading store activities to maximize profitability and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the day-to-day functioning of the store.
• Drive sales growth and enhance store profitability.
• Lead and mentor store personnel, providing training and supervision.
• Oversee inventory management including stock replenishment and adherence to FIFO principles.
• Maintain attractive and accurate merchandising and product displays.
• Work towards reducing stock losses, wastage, and product expiry.
• Provide outstanding customer service standards.
• Accurately manage billing, cash transactions, and maintain daily operational reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 6 years of experience in supermarket or FMCG retail environments.
• Any degree is acceptable; degree in Retail Management is preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities and effective team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customers professionally.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and billing software.
• Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
