Stock Unloader Associate

Position Overview

As a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada, you will gain practical retail industry experience by assisting with the unloading of trailers, sorting merchandise, moving pallets to the sales floor, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and reset the Receiving Area.
• Unload and organize incoming general merchandise trailers.
• Carry out live unloading of all remaining merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain proper cold chain procedures for refrigerated and frozen goods receiving and stocking.
• Transport pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for processing overnight.
• Support sales floor stocking activities as assigned and assist customers when needed.
• Label and appropriately place overstock merchandise.
• Promote a safe and hazard-free workplace by following company safety policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring stability of displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $17.75 CAD.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
