Stock Associate (Full-Time) – Berlin, Mitte

The Stock Associate plays a pivotal role within the store's operations team, focused on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency by collaborating closely with Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement inventory control procedures accurately, aiming to maximize stock precision and minimize losses.
• Analyze causes of discrepancies in inventory and work with the General Manager to address any procedural or system deficiencies.
• Assist in core operational tasks such as shipping, receiving, processing returns, transferring stock, maintaining sales floor organization, replenishment during the day, updating floor displays, and managing supplies.
• Uphold high standards of visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with teams managing reporting, budgeting, expenses, inventory oversight, vendor relations, technology, and facilities to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Promote a secure work environment by maintaining exemplary stockroom standards and efficient procedures.
• Navigate the retail floor responsively to address business, team, and customer needs.
• Support company-wide operational initiatives as directed in partnership with leadership roles.
• Contribute to shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising and routine replenishment efforts.
• Apply strong business insight by utilizing metrics to guide strategies that drive store performance.
• Address customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Spot product-related problems and communicate inventory needs aligned with business objectives.
• Provide assistance in other store departments such as Sales & Service and Cashiering when required.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably holds experience in customer-focused sales and operational roles.
• Exhibits passion for excellent customer service and enhancing client experiences.
• Demonstrates energetic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude balancing professionalism with a fun work environment.
• Self-driven with a strong ambition to achieve goals both individually and within teams.
• Builds authenticity and trust with customers and colleagues through empathy, respect, and integrity.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable performing physical activities including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for full shifts.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

The work schedule is determined by the General Manager based on operational needs, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts, with potential adjustments. Candidates must be available from Black Friday week through the end of the holiday season into early January.
