Role overview

This role is focused on expanding the perishables business for Amazon Now. The person in this position will work on identifying gaps in brand coverage, negotiating with partners, and bringing new brands onto the platform for ARIPL. The job also involves actively managing category pricing by comparing internal and market benchmarks, while acting as a reliable partner to brands to ensure a smooth onboarding process and support day-to-day business operations that drive shared growth.

Key responsibilities

You will serve as the main point of contact and dependable advisor for assigned vendors, while supporting their business growth and onboarding journey.

• Act as the first point of contact for vendors and build a trusted working relationship with them.
• Hold regular discussions to understand vendor needs, business challenges, and growth goals.
• Offer tailored guidance to help vendors succeed on the platform.
• Share practical best practices that can improve performance and operations.
• Monitor pricing closely across assigned categories and ensure it remains competitive.
• Support brands during onboarding and help them become familiar with platform processes.
• Share market insights and identify opportunities for category and brand growth.
• Recommend improvements that can strengthen business outcomes and efficiency.
• Help brands understand where they can expand into additional categories.
• Drive promotional pricing initiatives to support brand growth.

Support and query handling

The role also requires proactive problem-solving and ongoing support to help vendors overcome barriers and maintain strong relationships.

• Respond proactively to vendor concerns and help resolve issues quickly.
• Offer practical solutions to business and operational challenges.
• Connect vendors with the right tools, resources, and internal support.
• Maintain long-term relationships through steady and reliable assistance.
• Guide vendors on effective product listing and presentation practices.

Required qualifications

Candidates should bring a strong mix of communication, relationship management, and commercial understanding, along with a customer- or vendor-facing background.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in customer support, vendor support, or a related function.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Interest in helping businesses expand and perform better.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
