Specialist - Operational Readiness

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an Operational Readiness Specialist to ensure all venues and facilities are thoroughly prepared for launch and sustained operations. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams to evaluate readiness, identify risks, and establish strategies that ensure smooth, efficient operations. Contributing to one of Saudi Arabia's premier entertainment and sports destinations, this position is crucial in driving operational excellence from the foundational stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operational readiness activities throughout all project stages.
• Perform readiness assessments and gap analyses to recognize and address risks before launch.
• Partner with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to guarantee operational alignment and preparedness.
• Help develop and implement training programs targeted at operational personnel.
• Track and report on key performance indicators tied to operational readiness.
• Support initiatives focused on continuous improvement to enhance operational workflows.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communication regarding readiness status and actionable plans.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or similar operational roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about project management software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Experience within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale projects is a plus.
