Role Overview
This permanent position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible start and finish times. The role includes a salary range of AUD 80,000 to 85,000 per annum, complemented by annual Gain Share and Merit Reviews. The Spare Parts Coordinator will be responsible for managing spare parts enquiries, order processing, inventory management, customer interaction, and supporting warehouse operations in compliance with company policies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle spare parts enquiries, prepare quotations, and process customer orders with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch parts, coordinating freight to ensure prompt delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control, including procurement of non-standard parts.
- Offer outstanding customer service by providing technical assistance and order status updates.
- Complete necessary documentation adhering to company policy, quality control, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement programs in collaboration with internal teams.
Required Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in spare parts coordination, inventory control, warehouse, or logistics support roles.
- Strong communication abilities combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management and processing orders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with SAP preferred), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
