Role Overview

Join us as a Software Engineer responsible for owning significant features and technical tasks spanning multiple components within our products. You will operate with autonomy while benefiting from mentorship and contribute actively to the team's technical quality, reliability, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop features and proof-of-concept implementations across multiple modules, balancing performance, security, and maintainability.
• Write clear, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring comprehensive unit and integration test coverage.
• Address technical debt, propose improvements to product performance and team efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines and maintain deployment processes.
• Monitor post-deployment metrics, handle incident triage, and resolve issues proactively.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, edge cases, security, and maintainability, providing precise task specifications to optimize AI assistance.
• Independently manage assigned tasks, proactively identify potential issues, and recommend enhancements.
• Align work with team objectives, adapting to shifting priorities effectively without supervision.
• Collaborate respectfully with peers and stakeholders, share knowledge openly, and support a constructive team environment.

Additional Information

This position is a fixed term contract for two years.
