Site Engineer / Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out Projects

Job Overview

We are looking to recruit experienced Site Engineers or Supervisors who specialize in interior fit-out projects to become key members of our expanding team. The selected individual will be tasked with managing on-site operations, guaranteeing that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and aligned with project specifications and deadlines.

Key Duties

• Oversee and manage daily site work related to interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain seamless operations.
• Track progress of projects, ensure quality standards are met, and verify compliance with design and safety regulations.
• Compile and submit daily reports covering site progress and material needs.
• Ensure tasks are completed within set project timelines.
• Allocate manpower efficiently and promptly address any on-site challenges.
• Uphold site discipline and cleanliness while enforcing company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Candidate Requirements

• At least four years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor within the fit-out sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fit-out construction drawings and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
