Role Overview
We are searching for a Site Coordinator to join our Operations & Fulfilment team based in Wiri, Auckland. This key position acts as the central support hub for manufacturing and logistics activities, ensuring seamless site communications and operations. The coordinator supports site leadership and serves as a liaison for employees, contractors, visitors, and suppliers, maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site communications and provide coordination for onboarding and induction processes.
- Oversee workplace services, vendor relationships, and ensure day-to-day operational smoothness.
- Prepare reports and presentations; organize events such as Family Day and Stop for Suntory Days.
- Promote employee engagement and participate in continuous improvement projects enhancing operational and employee experiences.

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills who excels in dynamic environments. Key qualities include multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in administration, coordination, or office support roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, notably PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and self-initiative.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or operational settings is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP, project coordination, or change management is a plus.
