Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent Site Cleaner responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across our workshop and site facilities at the Cirencester location. This role entails hands-on efforts to preserve a professional work environment indoors and outdoors, supporting operational efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure offices, workshop areas, and operational spaces are consistently clean and tidy.
- Maintain external areas including yard, entrances, and walkways to be clean, safe, and presentable.
- Support the upkeep of workshops by removing dust, debris, and waste materials.
- Perform both routine and deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
- Manage inventory and replenishment of cleaning materials and consumables.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and waste management where applicable.
- Identify and report any defects, hazards, or maintenance concerns to management promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Physically capable and comfortable engaging in practical, active cleaning duties.
- Willingness to work across indoor and outdoor environments.
- Previous experience in industrial, commercial, or site cleaning is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of responsibilities independently.
- Positive mindset with good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
