Programme Overview
Embark on a structured three-year development journey as a Graduate at Shell in Qatar, aimed at grooming future leaders within one of the world's most significant energy firms. Qatar Shell is a leading foreign investor in the country, notably managing the largest Gas to Liquids (GTL) facility, Pearl GTL. Eligibility Criteria
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial & Systems Engineering.
- Holder of Qatari nationality.
- Willingness to be based in Ras Laffan (RLC).
- Either recently graduated in the 2024/2025 academic year or anticipated graduation in 2026 (2025/2026 academic year) without current sponsorship; or possessing less than three years' experience in the Energy sector, complying with industry recruitment norms.
