Job description
Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer at Beyondsoft Singapore, you will architect, implement, customize, and maintain the comprehensive ServiceNow suite ensuring that all solutions align with industry standards and best practices. This includes deploying and enhancing key workflows across multiple domains such as App Engine Enterprise, IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, and Now Assist. You will be responsible for platform governance, including upgrades, patching, and performance management, while collaborating closely with teams to gather requirements and provide advanced tier-3 support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Deploy and optimize workflows across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom workflow development in App Engine Enterprise.
- Manage platform health, perform clone-backs, upgrades, and patching to ensure optimal instance performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and provide expert platform support.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, or Consultant role with full lifecycle deployment and upgrade management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient at converting complex business requirements into technical workflows.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow product suite, JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and platform scripting.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow database architecture and CMDB configuration.
