Role Overview

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating customer-related activities. Day-to-day duties involve delivering excellent phone-based support to both internal teams and customers, ensuring service delivery runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Scheduling and coordinating site visits, service appointments, and installation tasks.
  • Handling customer disputes and managing resolution processes.
  • Preparing invoices and billing paperwork accurately.
  • Overseeing and responding to multiple email inboxes efficiently.
  • Investigating and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them effectively.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in a service delivery or customer service department.
  • Proven experience providing phone-based customer support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-focused with excellent organizational skills.
