Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research to discover valuable search terms and SEO opportunities.
• Execute on-page SEO tactics including optimizing website content, meta tags, and header structures.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to diagnose and fix website issues impacting search engine rankings.
• Enhance website performance by improving site speed and ensuring mobile optimization.
• Plan and carry out off-page SEO activities such as link building and outreach campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare reports measuring SEO effectiveness.
• Keep updated with the latest SEO industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
• Work collaboratively with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to synchronize SEO strategy with business objectives.
• Identify and suggest improvements and expansions for website content.
• Share SEO best practices with team members and maintain competence in the latest methodologies.
• Monitor competitors' SEO approaches and emerging market trends.
• Diagnose and solve SEO-related problems promptly.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience in SEO roles.
• Proficiency with SEO analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Keyword Planner, and similar platforms.
• Experience conducting A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website performance.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their limitations for SEO purposes.
• Strong knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Excellent analytical abilities paired with effective time management skills.
• Up to date with current trends and best practices in SEO and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduation is not mandatory; candidates with relevant SEO or marketing work experience are encouraged to apply.
