This role entails comprehensive management of Windows and cloud servers, ensuring their setup, security, and ongoing maintenance align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain secure server setups including Windows and cloud environments.
- Manage and support web hosting control panels and related software installations.
- Oversee Hyper-V virtual server operations, including software updates and patch management.
- Efficiently handle ticketing systems prioritizing tasks to meet operational demands.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess MCSA certification, B.Tech degree, or equivalent, with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting expertise in server administration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic 24/7 work environment.
- Show enthusiasm and passion for advancing technology.
