Senior Trainer

Job Overview

The Senior Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs tailored to meet the needs across various business segments within Consumer Financial Services (CFS) and regional offices. This role focuses on uplifting skill sets and product knowledge of frontliners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting both internal teams and external communities through financial literacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine training content, including e-learning modules, by assessing training requirements via gap analysis alongside line supervisors and business units.
• Deliver training sessions to frontliners and business units; provide on-site training assistance during branch visits.
• Conduct ongoing product knowledge refreshers using quizzes to reinforce learning.
• Ensure all training materials and practices adhere to regulatory and internal policy standards by working closely with Quality Assurance and business unit stakeholders.
• Lead financial literacy programs for community members as part of broader organizational initiatives.
• Assist business units in developing digital training resources and improve processes by introducing digital tools.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a recognized bachelor's degree in business, banking, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in banking and investment sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong aptitude and skills in training delivery and teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and effective time management capabilities.
