Role Overview
As a Revenue Manager, you will be pivotal in directing commercial strategy and dynamic pricing. You will independently utilize market data, key performance indicators, and advanced software to improve occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) in Milan's vibrant market.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and continually refine pricing strategies, minimum stay requirements, and cancellation policies grounded on demand analysis.
- Manage inventory by monitoring and balancing availability across various room/apartment types to maximize capacity utilization.
- Create and execute commercial strategies including seasonal promotions and special offers aligned with major events and fairs in Milan.
- Operate daily with RMS, PMS, and Channel Manager software, collaborating with technical support to address advanced configurations or troubleshooting.
- Collaborate consistently with management and Front Office teams to ensure seamless alignment between sales efforts and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager within the hospitality or related sectors.
- In-depth understanding of the Milan tourism market, including its seasonality and event calendar.
- Expertise in using key Revenue Management software, PMS, and Channel Managers.
- Strong analytical mindset, self-management capabilities, results-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
