Role Overview

Dar Masarat is looking for a seasoned Senior Researcher to spearhead critical projects in the education domain. The role involves leading rigorous research efforts, performing comprehensive statistical analyses, and applying educational measurement techniques to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute quantitative research projects tailored to educational contexts.
• Create and refine methodologies for measurement and evaluation processes.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex datasets.
• Draft detailed technical reports and present research outcomes effectively.
• Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation processes within educational frameworks.
• Engage collaboratively with cross-functional multidisciplinary teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Measurement & Evaluation, Data Analytics, or closely related disciplines.
• At least seven years of professional experience relevant to educational research.
• Established academic research proficiency supported by a strong scholarly background.
• Prior experience within higher education, educational assessment, or research-focused institutions is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with accreditation procedures and quality assurance protocols is considered advantageous.

Desired Technical Skills

• Proficiency with statistical software such as SPSS, R, and Python.
• Expertise in statistical modeling and research methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
