This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization seeking a Senior Project Manager based in the United States. The role provides leadership on complex technology and business transformation efforts within a healthcare-focused environment aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and coordination of project teams to ensure efficient resource use and achievement of defined objectives.
Establish project scope, collect requirements, and translate business needs into executable plans.
Create and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocations.
Track project progress and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Identify and manage risks by maintaining logs and implementing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to supervise solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, quality standards, and documentation processes.
Support organizational change by facilitating adoption strategies and easing transitions to new processes or systems.
Promote communication and alignment among cross-functional teams including business users, developers, analysts, and leaders.
Continuously seek improvements in project execution and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience.
At least 8 years managing enterprise technology projects, including infrastructure, software development, or business applications.
Strong preference for PMP certification.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects in complex environments.
Expertise in multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models.
Experienced in dependency-based scheduling and managing concurrent project priorities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms, ERP deployments, or healthcare IT projects highly desirable.
Comprehensive knowledge of change management concepts and application of adoption plans.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
Capable of independent work, navigating ambiguity, solving complex challenges, and meeting deadlines.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to collaboration, ethical standards, and continuous development.
