Senior Project Manager

Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at Takamol Holding based in Riyadh, you will oversee and lead all facets of small to medium-scale project operations. This includes managing resources, enforcing project controls, maintaining quality assurance, and ensuring contractual compliance to deliver projects on schedule and within budget according to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project mobilization activities, including drafting project initiation documents, defining project scope and deliverables, and establishing project and resource plans for smooth project launch and monitoring.
• Proactively identify risks and obstacles that may disrupt project success, implement corrective measures or escalate concerns as necessary, securing effective project delivery.
• Supervise the development and implementation of formal project controls and quality assurance processes to guarantee adherence to company standards and optimize efficiency.
• Extract and analyze lessons from current and past projects to inform business cases and planning, enhancing project strategy and integrity.
• Engage closely with stakeholders and sponsors to design communication strategies that ensure transparent information flow and robust stakeholder involvement.
• Recognize and address training requirements to foster the professional growth of team members, especially in advanced project management methodologies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Project Management, Business Studies, or a related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience leading projects with a strong foundation in project management principles.
