Senior Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to oversee the comprehensive deployment of the DARB Digital Platform located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position demands hands-on leadership throughout the entire project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, execution, tracking, and completion of the project activities
• Develop and maintain the governance framework guiding the project
• Engage and manage communication with executive stakeholders and steering committees
• Control project timelines, budget allocations, risk registers, RAID logs, and change management processes
• Facilitate coordination among business units, customers, technical staff, and external vendors
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and cybersecurity policies
• Supervise Hypercare phase and ensure smooth transition to support teams
• Deliver consistent progress reports to executives and governance groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ITIL are advantageous

Desired Technical Background

• Experience with enterprise-scale digital platforms, API integrations, microservices architecture, cloud technologies
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise security protocols
