About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager licensed by the SCA to join a prominent financial services firm based in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will have at least 4 years of professional experience within the brokerage sector and possess expertise in trading, investments, or financial markets. The role requires a client-oriented approach focused on establishing and nurturing both retail and institutional client relationships while advancing business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain enduring relationships with clients across retail and institutional segments.
• Advocate and market investment products, brokerage services, trading, and wealth management solutions.
• Spot and capitalize on new business prospects to broaden the client base.
• Offer informed financial market analysis and provide investment advice.
• Ensure strict adherence to SCA regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals through proficient client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide outstanding customer service.
• Keep precise and up-to-date client files and related documentation.

Requirements

• A minimum of four years' experience in the brokerage industry is essential.
• Possession of a valid SCA License is compulsory.
• Background in financial services, trading, cryptocurrency, or investment sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in acquiring new clients and managing client relationships effectively.
• Candidates must have their personal client database or network.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities are required.
• Fluency in English and either Arabic or French is mandatory.
