Senior Manager - Theming

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager to steward the conceptualization, design, and execution of thematic elements for SEVEN's entertainment complexes and attractions in Riyadh. This role ensures alignment with brand identity and visual aesthetics, optimizes resource management, and upholds superior quality standards to elevate the guest experience and reinforce SEVEN's brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SEVEN liaison with both local and international enterprises, fostering robust stakeholder relationships.
• Adhere to the allocated budget for the unit and supervise the team's budget spending annually to guarantee compliance and financial prudence.
• Oversee daily team operations ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members to promote professional growth.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals aligned with HR policies to fairly evaluate subordinate performance.
• Translate brand identities into immersive thematic concepts with detailed visual narratives and storytelling.
• Choose fitting design elements such as colors, textures, and materials to maintain thematic cohesion.
• Produce visual aids including sketches, storyboards, mood boards, 3D models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design intentions.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to integrate and implement thematic elements.
• Implement quality control through inspections, promptly resolving issues to uphold high standards.
• Ensure all thematic elements comply with safety regulations and building codes, overseeing safe installation procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts is required.
• Master's degree in 3D Animations or Special Effects is preferred.
• Certificates in technical construction fields, such as LEAD, are advantageous.
• A minimum of 8 years relevant experience is required, including at least 4 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in real estate development and entertainment theme parks is essential.
