Senior Manager Strategy

About the Role

Join Next Digital Group as a Senior Manager in Strategy and take charge of complex transformation initiatives and strategic projects for corporations, mid-sized enterprises, and public sector organizations. You'll craft strategies, oversee their execution, and guide senior decision-makers while expanding client relationships, winning new business, and mentoring fellow consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the development of strategies, large-scale transformation programs, and complex projects with significant management impact.
• Manage interdisciplinary consulting teams on both client and internal sides through challenging project engagements.
• Strategically nurture existing client partnerships, acquire new projects, and contribute actively to the firm’s growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to boards, executive management, and leadership teams of clients.
• Mentor and develop colleagues professionally and personally, taking on leadership responsibilities within the consultancy.
• Shape and expand the firm's consulting services and support Next Digital Group's ongoing evolution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Five to eight or more years in top-tier strategy consulting, in-house consulting, or a comparable leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex programs and transformation projects.
• Successful experience in growing client relationships and securing consulting engagements.
• A completed university degree, preferably with a master's level and outstanding academic performance.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with entrepreneurial thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for taking responsibility, developing people, and achieving exceptional outcomes collaboratively.
