Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Examine construction plans and drawings thoroughly to ensure accuracy.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for reinforced concrete, finishing, interiors, and more.
• Conduct rate analysis and cost estimations to support project budgeting.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, including uploading entries and managing data within SAP software.
• Track budget progress continuously and prepare relevant documentation and reports.
• Collaborate closely with site managers and architects for smooth project execution.
• Generate various official documents such as contracts, risk assessments, and reports.
• Manage inventory of materials, placing orders as necessary to maintain workflow.
• Document and communicate any financial changes, updating budgets accordingly.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and functioning of SAP systems.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess strong expertise in quantity estimation, billing engineering, rate and quantity analysis.
• Skilled in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and detailed estimates using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Have between 8 to 13 years of experience in quantity surveying with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
• Experience in construction cost estimating or finance roles is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and practices.
• Exhibit excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
• Be capable of organizing, planning, and strategizing work effectively.
• Proficient in using SAP, AutoCAD, and BIM technologies.
